This role is perfect for someone who enjoys photography, working with people, and being part of a growing creative company. While photography experience is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident. You will visit properties throughout the San Antonio surrounding areas, capture listing media, interact with real estate professionals, and help create a fun, professional experience for every client. Training will be provided for the right person. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties for scheduled media appointments Capture real estate photos, videos, and other listing content using established processes Create a positive and professional experience for real estate agents and homeowners Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication and excellent service Help keep shoots energetic, organized, and enjoyable Follow company workflows, checklists, and quality standards Upload and organize completed media accurately Participate in occasional social media content creation, including behind-the-scenes videos, client testimonials, and creative content Identify opportunities to provide additional value through upgraded services and solutions This is a people-focused role where your personality and ability to connect with clients are just as important as your technical skills. Schedule & Availability Full-time position Primarily weekday availability required during the typical business hours of 9am to 5pm Must be open to occasional weekend appointments Sundays off Must be comfortable traveling throughout the service area This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and understands that real estate is a schedule-driven business rather than a traditional fixed-hour position. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Paid training starting at $15/hour After training, transition to a performance-based per-service pay structure Average earning potential is approximately $25-30+/hour once fully trained and efficient Larger service packages provide opportunities for higher payouts Opportunity for additional bonuses through service upgrades and company growth As your skills improve and you become faster and more efficient, your earning potential increases.
