Position Overview As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours

Present community features, amenities, and available apartment homes

Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents

Process rental applications and lease documentation accurately

Maintain resident and prospect records in property management software

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries

Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts

Support day-to-day leasing office operations

Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment

Qualifications

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred

Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience considered

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management software a plus

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to work weekends as needed
