We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent with a proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties and strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have an established network of high-quality tenants, brokers, business owners, and industry professionals and the ability to leverage those relationships to drive occupancy across our growing portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute leasing strategies for commercial properties Identify, prospect, and secure high-quality tenants Maintain strong relationships with tenant representatives, commercial brokers, and business owners Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and manage deals through execution Build and maintain a strong leasing pipeline Work closely with ownership and property management to maximize occupancy and rental income

Ideal Candidate:
