Our ideal candidate will have an extensive customer service experience and/or a sales background and be willing to give it their all! In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, showing available units, and renting apartments. In addition, this position is also responsible for assisting with the day-to-day office needs such as parking assignment, general resident needs and building upkeep.

Compensation:

$18.00/hour plus commission

Commission:

$100 per signed lease

•This is a part-time, weekend position, with an occasional week day hours.
