Requirements:

Interest in obtaining a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License (if you don't have one, we can help) Self starter with a high level of drive and ambition to succeed Excellent communication skills A willingness to learn, coupled with a belief that you can improve with hard work and practice A strong desire to serve others Belief in yourself and your capacity for success Compensation Variable income, 100% commission Full time Agents with two or more years of experience average over $100,000 Our top quartile averages over $250,000.
