50 per hour Employee discount on storage units Opportunities for c areer growth and advancement What You'll Do As a Storage Facility Associate, you will help keep the property running smoothly while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve customer inquiries Sell storage units by phone, email, and in person using established Call Flow Guidelines Complete leases, rental agreements, and other documentation accurately Follow up with customers regarding delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email Maintain excellent curb appeal and a clean, welcoming property Clean units, hallways, common areas, and surrounding grounds Balance customer service, sales, administrative tasks, and property upkeep throughout the day What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with sales. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential Sales, retail, customer service, or marketing experience preferred Strong sales mindset and ability to confidently ask for the sale Enjoys working with the public and building positive customer relationships Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Previous property management or self-storage experience is a plus Reliable, professional, and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities Why Join SPS?
