In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of baby gear to families visiting the Golden Isles area. You will act as a point of contact for customers, deliver gear, and provide exceptional service and support while ensuring a seamless rental experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and have a passion for helping families. This is a 1099 contract position, well suited for someone searching for a source supplemental income and a flexible schedule. Duties Communicate with customers to promote and facilitate the rental of baby gear. Delivery and pick-up of equipment. Provide excellent customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Store and maintain inventory, ensuring that all equipment is clean and in good condition. Requirements Valid driver's license. Own a vehicle - SUV, Pick-up Truck, or similar vehicle preferred. Have access to storage space - approximately 150 sq ft. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing rental processes. Ability to work independently. A genuine desire to assist families and provide outstanding service.
