Job Description

We have an opening for a Self-Storage Manager with a background in sales/retail. We are a competitive local self-storage facility that strives to offer the best service to all of our customers. Our goal is to have each of our customers know that their personal items are safe at an affordable price. The perfect candidate possess an upbeat attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills to join or dynamic team. You will receive the necessary training needed to thrive in one of the fastest growing industries Job Duties include but are not limited to: Asset management with emphasis on maximizing storage center revenue Tenant collection management including collecting customer payments and weekly deposits Light maintenance and cleaning of storage facility Assist with local marketing and networking to maintain and increase occupancy goals Leasing of available units and move-outs U-Haul Rentals and Supply purchases Basic knowledge of rules and regulations governing Idaho State storage facilities

Requirements:

Previous experience in self storage strongly desired High School Diploma or equivalent Sales oriented Outgoing and persuasive attitude Self-Motivated Team Player Computer knowledge proficiency

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$13.50-16 Generous Bonus Incentives NO Benefits Potential for on-site housing
