JOB SUMMARY

This individual will be the primary point of contact for all customers, sales personnel, and other company personnel at the CAT Rental Store. The Rental Coordinator is responsible for coordinating rental sales and support services, communication, and information flow for equipment rental fleet by determining customer rental needs and handling all corresponding rental reservations. Strong customer service will be vital in this position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years of experience in customer service required, with experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry preferred. Excellent computer skills - proficiency in MS Office required. General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Strong customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Organized and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Repetitive Motions:
