Job Summary:
Reliable, self-motivated withresponsibility for managing and maintaining the daily operation of self-storage property, U-Hauls and providing a high level of service to our customers. This includes maximizing occupancy, controlling delinquencies, and performing required custodial and maintenance functions including cleaning U-Hauls after customers return.
Primary Duties:
  • Always be ready to assist customers with storage size/location options, payments, and any questions/concerns via phone or walk in. Contact tenants for issues such as past due accounts, auction notification, concerns with units, etc. Process payments via Sitelink.
  • Perform visual inspections of the units and property with the ability to spot potential problems. This includes daily walk- through inside and outside of the properties, checking locks and cleaning units as needed.
  • Be proficient with all policies and procedures and be able to perform them daily.
  • Be able to answer questions for U-Haul such as rental and return policies.
This includes entering reservations for U-Haul and detailing trucks after U-Haul returns.
Qualifications:
    Education:
    High School Diploma or GED
    • Valid drivers license with dependable transportation
    • Successful background check
    • US Citizen
    Customer Service Experience Pay:
    $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
