Job Description

Manufacturing Returns Coordinator Franklin, MA | 1st Shift | Up to $27/hour DOE Overview Are you experienced in manufacturing returns, RMAs, order processing, or supply chain coordination? We're seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Returns Coordinator (RMA Coordinator) to oversee the end-to-end return process for manufactured products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across multiple departments, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer support in a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization with the potential to become a permanent employee after a successful contract period. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer return requests (RMAs). Review warranty status and determine the appropriate return or repair process. Process RMAs, Return Authorizations (RAs), Repair Orders, Replacement Orders, and related documentation. Coordinate with vendors to obtain RMAs, warranty approvals, and repair authorizations. Create and manage vendor return authorizations (VRAs) and repair purchase orders. Track open returns and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution. Partner with warehouse personnel to coordinate receiving, inspection, repair, replacement, and shipment of returned products. Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service. Process credits, invoices, repair estimates, and customer approvals. Maintain accurate documentation within the ERP system. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing, RMA/returns processing, order processing, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, materials coordination, or production support. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). NetSuite or another ERP system preferred. Experience with manufacturing returns, warranty claims, vendor returns, or repair coordination preferred. High School Diploma required (Associate's Degree preferred). #ZRPROF #INDSTRAT
