Category Other Type Full-Time (FT) Overview Milton CAT is seeking a Power Systems Rental Coordinator. The Power Systems Rental Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless and smooth Rental Operations. You will manage initial reservation to the final invoice, as well as coordinating with Logistics Teams and In-House Service Teams, to ensure a great Customer Experience!
Pay Range:
$56,000 - $67,000 annually, based on experience.
Responsibilities Rental Management:
Process rental orders, complete reservations, and manage contracts and invoices through our software system.
Logistics Coordination:
Schedule equipment transportation and coordinate machine preparation with the service department to meet tight deadlines.
Inventory Control:
Perform equipment "check-ins" via software to report hours, fuel levels, and damage, as required.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Teams and Service Teams, as required. Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred. Ability to change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced work environment. Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and software.
