Job Description

Eastpoint Equipment Rentals is seeking a professional, hardworking individual to join our team as the full-time Rental Coordinator.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate all rentals and sales of retail products
Handle all incoming calls
Coordinate delivery and pick up of equipment to customer locations
Prepare rental contracts and maintain customer invoicing
Order parts as needed and track inventory
Assist customers as needed in choosing the correct machine for their job

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service setting
Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Motivated self-starter and ability to multi-task
Positive attitude
