Job Description

Position Available - Rental Associate (Field Installer)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Candidate must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays. Duties (include by not limited to): Break down and pickup inflatables and event tents (With or without assistance) Load/unload van/truck/trailer for daily deliveries Deliver rental equipment (tables, chairs, etc) Clean returned equipment Comply with company policy and standards

Requirements:

Previous experience with a party rental company preferred (not required) Ability to carry heavy loads (100+ lbs) Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work weekends Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type:

Part-time & Full Time

SEASONAL

Positions Available Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: Peak season (May-Oct): approx. 50-60 hours weekly
