Job Description

Primary Job Duties:
1.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations:
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, labeling, counting, organizing, and properly storing event rental items.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, or other concerns to the appropriate lead.
  • Prepare rental items for delivery by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, complete, and ready for use.
  • Pack, stage, and load rental items according to event and delivery schedules while maintaining an organized workflow.
2.
Linen Operations:
  • Assist with sorting, processing, cleaning, drying, finishing, folding, organizing, and preparing rental linens.
  • Operate laundry equipment as trained and follow established procedures for handling linen items such as tablecloths, napkins, and related materials.
  • Inspect linens for stains, damage, or defects and report items that do not meet rental quality standards.
  • Package and label linens according to order requirements and maintain organized storage of finished inventory.
3.
Dishware & Stewarding Operations:
  • Clean, sanitize, dry, and organize china, glassware, silverware, jars, and related rental items using established procedures and equipment.
  • Inspect cleaned items for cleanliness, condition, and presentation standards; rewash or report concerns as needed.
  • Support event preparation and breakdown by staging, polishing, organizing, and returning dishware and utensils to designated storage areas.
4.
Event Preparation & Operational Support:
  • Support the preparation of rental equipment and supplies for upcoming events according to schedules and client requirements.
  • Assist with event-related setup and breakdown tasks as assigned, helping ensure items are returned, cleaned, processed, and ready for future orders.
  • Work across operational areas as needed to support changing workload and event demands.
5.
Quality, Cleanliness & Organization:
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accessible work areas throughout the shift.
  • Handle rental items carefully and report damaged, malfunctioning, or unacceptable equipment or inventory to the appropriate lead.
  • Support inventory counts, audits, and organization efforts to improve efficiency and accessibility.
6.
Safety & Team Collaboration:
  • Follow all company safety protocols, training, and guidelines and use equipment only as trained and authorized.
  • Participate in safety training and help maintain a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, linen, stewarding, delivery, and other operational team members to support a seamless workflow.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or designated Operations Lead.
