Job Summary Avis Budget Car Rental is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Rental Sales Agent to join our team. This position involves assisting customers with vehicle rentals and returns, preparing vehicles for rental, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with rental and return transactions Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations Inspect vehicles before and after rentals Clean and prepare vehicles for customers Move and organize vehicles on the lot Maintain accurate rental records and paperwork Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally Help maintain a clean and organized rental location Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 25 years old Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Previous customer service, sales, or rental car experience is a plus but not required Schedule Part-time Hours will vary based on business needs and rental volume Weekend availability preferred Flexible schedule required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training provided Team-oriented work environment If you are reliable, motivated, and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply today.
