Rental Yard Coordinator:

As a Rental Yard Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to stage and organize rental equipment on the yard to ensure efficient pickup and return by haul drivers. You'll play a key support role for delivery logistics, equipment readiness, and yard cleanliness.

Rental Yard Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Verify equipment paperwork and ensure haul drivers load the correct units Assist with loading and unloading equipment for customer deliveries and returns Direct drivers on where to drop returning equipment Perform rental check-ins as equipment arrives Keep yard and equipment in clean, orderly condition Support wash rack duties and machine prep Audit rent-ready machines and maintain yard equipment inventory status Top Benefits for
