Duties Coordinate rental reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and manual handling of vehicles for heavy lifting tasks when necessary Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions, phone communication, and public speaking to explain rental options and policies clearly Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety standards, including standard passenger car operation and automotive industry regulations Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting rental packages, upselling additional services, and handling retail math calculations for pricing strategies Maintain organized records of rental transactions, inventory logs, and incident reports to support administrative functions Support outside sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients through outreach efforts in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred) Experience Proven experience in automotive rental industry or retail sales environment with a focus on customer service excellence Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory and perform data entry accurately Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to effectively interact with diverse customers Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with familiarity in inventory management software or systems Experience in outside sales or sales management roles that involve client engagement and relationship building Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of vehicles or equipment when required Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Join us as a Rental Coordinator and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while advancing your career in a fast-paced industry.
