Rental Coordinator:

As a Rental Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day rental process, ensuring customers receive the right equipment, on time and with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone, email, and in person to identify equipment solutions that meet their rental needs

Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and coordinate rental transactions from start to finish

Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely fulfillment of rental orders

Schedule and dispatch transportation for equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns

Utilize internal systems and resources to verify equipment availability and coordinate rentals efficiently

Monitor rental contracts, billing, and documentation for accuracy and completeness

Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment applications and customer needs

Strongly Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries

Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) equipment and applications
