Job Description

Description:

Handling of packages, inspection of products, and associated paperwork. Trains and oversees people assisting with product returns. Prepares returned products to be returned to shelf in resaleable condition. Repairs and refurbishes returned products when cost effective. Maintains inventory count accuracy as related to returns and credits. Identify distribution issues and communicate with appropriate departments for remedy. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Other tasks as needed.
