JOB DESCRIPTION

Southern Response is looking for an experienced, professional Inside Sales / Clerk to join their team. This position will handle a combination of inside sales, order processing, purchasing support, inventory receiving, and general office responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Issue and prepare customer quotes Enter and process orders Send RFQs to suppliers Receive and process inventory Assist with general office and administrative tasks Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers Maintain accurate records related to quotes, orders, and inventory

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Previous inside sales, sales support, order entry, purchasing, or related administrative experience Valve industry or adjacent industrial experience preferred NetSuite experience is a plus Strong computer and data-entry skills Professional communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced office Dependable with strong long-term potential

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
