Job Description
This position will greet all visitors and members to the facility and will primarily work weekends. Answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department. Check in members for the fitness center. Greets and directs guests to the appropriate area. Issue visitor passes. Issues class and membership applications. Handles any customer concerns or needs. Other requirements as needed. This position will be at the reception desk in the lobby of the Trussville Civic Center.
