Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an appealing shopping environment. Manage inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times.

Experience:

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a grocery store or similar environment. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to accurately process transactions. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining professionalism.
