About the Role We are looking for 1 or 2 energetic, positive, and dependable part-time Retail Sales & Food Prep Associates to join our small, family-like team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in their work, and brings an upbeat, effervescent attitude to every interaction. This position is great for someone looking for a few hours a week to earn a little extra money as supplemental income. It may be ideal for a college student with limited availability. What You'll Do

• Provide warm, cheerful, and attentive customer service in a retail setting.
• Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and day-to-day store operations.
• Perform light food prep and assembly according to store standards.
• Handle some local food delivery as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming store through light cleaning duties, including sweeping and some dish washing.
• Represent the store and its products with pride, care, and professionalism.
• Work closely with a very small team where reliability and teamwork matter every day. Working Hours
• Part-time position.
• The shop is closed every Sunday.
• No early morning hours and No night hours.
• Excellent attendance is required; employees are held to extremely high attendance expectations. What We're Looking For

• Reliable vehicle required for occasional food delivery.
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly.
