Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Associate to serve both residential and commercial clients in the Prescott/ Prescott Valley area. This role is a balanced mix of residential and commercial sales, along with overseeing your projects through completion. You'll meet with customers, close work, and stay connected throughout the job to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to provide estimates and close sales Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and local businesses Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project completion Coordinate with crews and production to ensure jobs run smoothly Communicate with customers throughout the project to deliver a great experience Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and CRM activity What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience (in-home or B2B) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple projects Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission & bonuses ($70,000 - $120,000+ earning potential) Company vehicle (after 90 days) or vehicle allowance Cell phone and laptop provided Medical, dental, and vision benefits Ongoing training and support Location & Schedule Full-time, field-based role in Prescott/ Prescott Valley Flexible schedule based on customer and project needs Apply Today!
