In this role, you will guide discerning clients through the selection of our curated collection of high-end outdoor furniture and accessories. You'll provide an elevated, consultative sales experience — helping clients envision and create their ideal outdoor living spaces.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in choosing premium outdoor furnishings that fit their style, space, and budget Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with designers, the marketing team, product vendors, and clients for a seamless sales experience Manage client expectations and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Handle light administrative and computer-based tasks during downtime
