Full Job Description Job Title:

Sales Associate — Luxury Resale Overview The Part-Time Sales Associate supports high-value transactions, builds customer relationships, and assists with initial assessments of premium products. This is the entry point to our sales team: all associates begin part-time, and those who demonstrate consistent performance and product proficiency are considered for full-time roles. Full product training is provided.

Key Responsibilities High-Value Sales:

Support and complete high-value transactions with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring a premium personalized shopping experience that cultivates long-term client relationships.

Client Development:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-intent / repeat customers through regular follow ups, encouraging repeat visits through personalized service and product recommendation.

Authentication & Assessment:

Learn to conduct authenticity and condition assessments for Chrome Hearts, Goro's, and other specialty items. Training provided; no prior knowledge required. Assist with preliminary price assessments using product knowledge, market data, and internal guidelines.

Content Production:

Appear in store social media content, including photography and short-form video shot on site. This is a standing requirement of the role, not an occasional extra.

Visual Merchandising:

Collaborate with the Store Manager on display strategies, styling plans, and product layouts that improve visual appeal and sales performance.

Store Support:

Assist with customer concerns and product inquiries, escalating to senior staff where appropriate. Provide high-touch, in-store customer service by assisting with product selection and cross-selling accessories; engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products. Receive, organize, and stock inventory; remove outdated items and maintain clean storage areas. Support daily store operations including product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory awareness. May be required to perform other related duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs. Schedule Part-time, 1-4 days per week on a consistent schedule built around your availability. Weekend availability required. Advancement All sales associates begin part-time. Associates who demonstrate consistent performance and product proficiency are considered for full-time positions. This is how our current team was built. Qualifications Consistent availability 1-3 days per week, including weekends. Comfortable appearing on camera for store content. No retail experience required — full product training is provided. Luxury retail, resale, or collector goods experience is an advantage. Familiarity with Chrome Hearts, Goro's, or similar high-value accessory brands is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with high-value clientele. Attention to detail and care in handling high-value items. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory platforms, Shopify, social media platforms, or basic photo and video editing is a plus. Strong math and data interpretation abilities. E-commerce experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or move between stock areas and workstations for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes or inventory up to 30 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, and organize storage areas safely.
