Fitness Sales Associate (Front Desk) At The Camp Transformation Center, our growth is being fueled by our clients' transformations and our growing team of coaches. Our business is dedicated to helping our clients achieve better health and fitness through our popular fitness and nutrition programs. We're looking for enthusiastic, committed, and hard-working team members. We are looking for ‪Team Members (front desk representatives) to help facilitate our continued growth and client success. Our facility offers large group training classes where trainers create fun yet challenging classes for our clients. Our exercise programs can range from strength training, to HIIT, to cardio, to circuit training. We also offer extensive nutrition plans and support to our clients. If hired for this position, you will be coaching and working with clients in our facilities right away. Our hours of operation are in the mornings and evenings.

Duties :

Deliver Excellent Customer Service:

You'll receive the training you need on our systems and programs, but you'll be expected to deliver them in a fun, enthusiastic, educational, and supportive manner. Customers are our priority. You must greet all guests with kindness and treat them with exceptional care.

Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education:

Our clients rely on us to service all of their health and fitness needs. It is your job to provide our clients with health and fitness education on various topics that will empower them to lead healthy lives forever. You'll be provided with educational tools and resources, will be expected to study them and speak about them with your clients. We also spend time covering this in our staff meetings.

Office and Administrative Work:

You will be assisting our director in the following; responding to emails/phone calls, processing paperwork, cold calling, creating appointments, and selling memberships/supplements/merchandise, writing reports, keeping inventory, filing/organizing paperwork, etc.

YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO SELL OUR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS AND HELP HIT SALES GOALS.

Maintain a

Clean and Presentable Facility:

Your job will also consist of keeping our facility spotless and well organized. Clients appreciate our clean and sleek gyms, and we will rely on you to help maintain our standard.

Qualifications :

Excellent People skills and communication skills (you must LOVE working with people!) Exceptional Customer Service Professional Responsible Friendly and approachable Passion for helping others ‪

• Physical Demands On occasion a Front Desk Associate may need to lead a fitness class. This requires them to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. On the workout floor, trainers must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, ab dollies or other fitness equipment.
