Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively assist consumers and provide information Collaborate with the sales and management team to drive sales through direct personalized customer interactions, product demonstrations, and up selling products and services Engage with customers to manage and maintain relations including account activation, updating personal information, and processing sales contracts Organize reports on customer responses, client feedback, and sales metrics to contribute to company strategies Continuously improve knowledge and skills in client service, sales strategies, and product knowledge through training and personal development Ensure all sales and account management activities align with company policies and industry standards

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

Experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Associate, Retail Associate, or similar industry is a plus Communication and public speaking skills to engage with people, whether it's presenting products or resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism Eagerness to learn new skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced sales environment Local to our office location and able to start immediately is preferred Quick on your feet, identifying issues and providing thoughtful solutions to enhance the customer experience Handle multiple client accounts and tasks, prioritizing as needed Proud to uphold company values and standards in all customer interactions Collaboration fuels our success — you thrive in a supportive, goal-oriented team setting
