As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll receive the training and support needed to build a strong foundation in sales and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers in person and recommend AT&T smartphones, hardware, and mobile plans based on their individual needs. Demonstrate important device features, including battery life, camera capabilities, operating systems, and other key functions. Explain AT&T's 5G network, data plans, speed, coverage, and reliability for activities such as work, streaming, and social media. Process sales transactions, account activations, upgrades, and promotional discounts accurately through the point-of-sale system. Answer customer questions and address initial service concerns with accurate, straightforward product information. Stay informed about current AT&T promotions, competitor offerings, and the latest wireless technology. Work toward and exceed weekly individual sales goals, customer satisfaction targets, and enrollment objectives. Monitor daily sales performance and share customer feedback with team leads to support ongoing store improvements. AT&T Sales Associate - Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply! Previous experience in sales, marketing, administration, or another customer-facing role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented approach to handling activations, upgrades, and trade-ins Motivated to achieve sales and enrollment goals while maintaining a transparent customer experience
