In this role, the AT&T Sales Associate - Spanish Required serves as a go-to resource for customers, answering questions, helping resolve account concerns, and ensuring a positive experience every step of the way. As an AT&T Sales Associate - Spanish Required , you'll learn account management and customer support techniques that help you assist customers with their service needs, explain available AT&T Fiber options, and keep account information accurate and up to date. You'll work directly with customers to open new accounts when requested, support existing accounts, and guide them through available products and services. Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Associate - Spanish Required Assist customers with questions related to AT&T Fiber services, account information, and available service options. Support new and existing customer accounts by sharing internet plan details and helping customers find the right fit. Keep account records accurate, ensuring customer information and service selections are properly updated. Provide face-to-face customer support and help resolve general account concerns professionally and promptly. Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products, features, and account-related resources.
