Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs, offering personalized product recommendations Assist customers with product demos, fitting shoes, and explaining features to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products such as socks, insoles, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities Assist with Sale Set Up and Price Changes Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting and well-presented Assist with stock (processing shipment) Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support team members by being a team player and assist with sales floor activities, such as product demos, and ensuring smooth store operations Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is key Enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for handling transactions confidently Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions both in person and over the phone This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while delivering outstanding service in a lively shopping environment Physical Demands
