The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe is currently seeking a Part - time Retail Associate to join our Professional Golf staff.

Retail associate expectations:

• Drive sales by engaging with members and suggestive selling
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Document and process special orders
• Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked
• Assist in receiving merchandise
• Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
• Properly execute all relevant register functions
• Assist with requests for tee times and reservations Qualified candidates must have:
• Experience in customer service or retail setting
• Strong merchandising skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of systems
• Ability to interact and maintain professional relationships with members, guests, co-workers, and management
