Plumbing Supply Store:

Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate We are looking for a friendly and professional Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to provide excellent service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter and answer incoming phone calls with product and order inquiries. Process quotes, sales orders, and returns, including Visa and cash transactions. Accurately pick, pull, pack, and stage plumbing materials according to packing slips. Receive and unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments against packing slips, and stock materials in the proper warehouse locations. Follow up on special orders and backorders, process customer returns, and inspect returned items for restocking. Assist customers by loading plumbing materials into their vehicles when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter, warehouse, and work area, including routine housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory lookup. Ability to work overtime when needed. Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work well with both customers and coworkers.
