Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Assist visitors with selecting pumpkins and other seasonal products, processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems Manage outdoor event activities, including organizing games, rides, or entertainment stations Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including manual handling of heavy pumpkins and equipment Support event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of supplies and decorations Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pumpkin patch area and surrounding facilities Skills Experience managing events or coordinating outdoor activities in a lively setting Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally Prior experience working with children in retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments Retail sales experience with cash handling and processing transactions using POS systems Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work conditions Excellent customer service skills combined with public speaking abilities to engage visitors effectively Background in food service or resort environments is a plus for guest interaction roles Experience in theater or hospitality industries that involve crowd management or guest engagement Embark on this exciting seasonal journey where your enthusiasm will brighten visitors' days!
