Responsible for conducting sales and first-level customer interactions while maintaining accountability for both inventory, sales, and cash. Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. Responsible for conducting sales quickly and accurately while maintaining accountability for cash and compliance at all times. Interacts with customers, represents dispensary positively, and maintains a current knowledge of inventory to better enhance the customer experience. Maintains compliance of the sales floor, filling any required documents, escorting visitors or vendors, etc. Assists other team members and departments in achieving organizational goals. Participates in regular staff training in efficiently using POS systems to accurately and efficiently manage inventory to minimize inventory loss and compliance risk. Stations the Front Desk, responsible for initial customer greetings, check-ins, and first ID check. Fulfills online orders quickly and accurately. Maintains accuracy and security of backstock. Assists with daily cleaning duties as necessary. Completes and renews as needed any required training per the State and local authorities as well as per company.

Job Requirements:

Must be friendly and patient and excel in customer service, and knowledgeable about cannabis, and cannabis-related issues. Spanish speaking ability is preferred. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred, but not required and maintain a MED Occupational Badge in good standing. Must be able to lift 30 pounds without accommodation. Must be comfortable checking ID's and being personable while enforcing company policies.
