Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising techniques. Assist with inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate product knowledge. Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while assisting customers or directing calls appropriately. Support in-store promotions by engaging customers with product knowledge and promoting special offers or sales initiatives. Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments, is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations for accurate transactions. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail setting is a plus.
