Our growing retail sales team is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associates to represent our partner brands and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities/ What You'll Do Welcome customers into the retail location and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience. Learn customers' needs and recommend products, services, and promotions that best fit their lifestyle. Demonstrate product features and benefits while educating customers on available options. Assist customers with purchases, enrollments, activations, and other retail transactions while ensuring accuracy. Build lasting customer relationships by providing outstanding service before, during, and after each sale. Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Keep up to date on product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and company initiatives. Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation in accordance with company policies. What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve sales goals in a performance-based environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn retail sales systems and point-of-sale technology.
