We are a growing small business looking for a friendly, polished, organized, and motivated person to join our team full-time. We're looking for someone who has great taste, positive energy, and a genuine interest in home décor, tabletop, gifting, entertaining, and beautiful things. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit, creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
• Support daily store operations and organization
• Prepare, pack, and coordinate customer orders and gift deliveries
• Assist with online orders and shipping
• Help maintain inventory and merchandise organization
• Assist wedding registry customers and gift orders
• Support basic social media and content-related tasks What we're looking for:
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Friendly, polished, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• An interest in home décor, entertaining, gifting, and social media
• Basic social media skills
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, great taste, and excited to grow with our team!

Full-time, Monday-Friday, in-store We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team and grow with Il'argento as we continue expanding our retail, e-commerce, and wedding registry business.
