Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a store environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions accurately. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
