Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage them with friendly, professional communication Assist shoppers in selecting clothing and sneakers that match their style and needs Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of new arrivals Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising, stocking, and rotation of inventory Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support stock management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items Ensure a clean, inviting store environment that aligns with brand standards Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably in clothing or sneaker stores Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in team settings Ability to perform retail tasks such as merchandising, stocking, and inventory management efficiently Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales calculations Experience with product demos to engage customers effectively Customer-focused attitude with a passion for fashion and sneakers; experience in grocery stores is a bonus but not required Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where style meets service!
