What You'll Do Create an exceptional first impression —every client, every time Educate clients on our services and confidently recommend the right IVs, injections, and memberships Drive daily sales goals , including memberships, packages, and add-ons Manage bookings, client profiles, and checkouts with attention to detail Keep the lounge environment clean, organized, and welcoming Work closely with nurses to ensure a smooth, elevated client experience Who You Are Outgoing, energetic, and naturally engaging Sales-minded —you enjoy recommending, upselling, and closing Goal-oriented —you get excited about hitting (and exceeding) targets Strong communicator with a confident and friendly presence Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred What We're Looking For We are NOT looking for someone who just "checks people in."
