This is a great opportunity for someone who has basic Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge and wants to gain real-world experience in printing, customer service, and production. This is not a design-only position . The person we hire will also answer phones, assist walk-in customers, check job status, communicate with production, and help customers with their orders. Responsibilities Create and make basic adjustments to customer artwork Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for simple design work Resize, edit, and prepare customer files for printing Check basic file requirements such as size, bleed, resolution, and layout Answer incoming phone calls Assist walk-in customers Help customers understand printing products and options Assist customers with placing orders Check the status of jobs in production Communicate job updates to customers Follow up with production staff regarding deadlines and order status Respond to customer emails and questions Contact customers when artwork or information is missing Help organize customer orders and artwork Assist the production team when needed Learn print shop products, materials, and production processes Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Basic understanding of graphic design Comfortable working with computers Good communication skills Comfortable answering phones Friendly and professional with customers Organized and able to handle multiple jobs Willing to learn Dependable and punctual English and Spanish speaking Experience This is an entry-level position . Professional graphic design experience is not required.
