full-time About Us The Purse Ladies is a luxury resale company with physical store locations in Boca Raton and Jacksonville, FL. We authenticate and resell designer items such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, etc, across multiple channels. About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to support our Jacksonville (Mandarin area) location with day-to-day listing, shipping, and data entry, perfect for someone who enjoys organized, task-driven work and takes pride in accuracy. What You'll Do Create and manage product listings across our sales platforms Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments Handle accurate data entry for inventory and order records Support the team with day-to-day store operations as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks Reliable and organized: able to manage listing/shipping workflows independently Solid computer literacy: comfortable using point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, and basic data entry systems. We use Shopify. Accurate typing abilities and attention to detail for entering product descriptions, prices, and inventory data. Prior experience with data entry, shipping, or e-commerce operations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn store systems and product knowledge. Available for a consistent weekly schedule (options available)

$16-$18/hr

Hours :

20-30 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow into full-time

Schedule :

Flexible - Mon-Fri shorter shifts, or 4 days/week with longer shifts (open to discussing what works best)
