Job Description
Pure Barre Front Desk Sales Associate Position Summary The Front Desk Sales Associate is the face of the studio. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership sales, supporting studio operations, and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for clients. Perks Free Unlimited membership + retail discounts Key Responsibilities Client Experience Greet every client warmly and by name Check clients in and manage class flow Answer phones, emails, and texts promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment Address client questions and resolve concerns professionally Sales & Membership Conduct studio tours for prospective clients Explain membership options and promotions clearly Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Assist with retail sales and merchandising Operations Open and/or close the studio as scheduled Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately Maintain inventory of retail and supplies Support marketing initiatives and local outreach Ensure studio policies and procedures are upheld Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred (fitness boutique experience a plus) Comfortable with goal-setting and performance tracking Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Computer literate Physical Requirements Light lifting (retail inventory, cleaning supplies) What We're Looking For Someone who: Loves fitness and wellness Thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment Is confident discussing pricing and memberships Naturally connects with people Takes initiative and ownership Available for a variety of shift times. We need help with the following shift times: Mon
- Friday
- 5am•9am, 9am•1:30pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm.
Saturday 7:45am
- 12:30 Sunday 8am-12pm and 4pm
