Job Description

Retail Sales Associate•Handmade Boutique (Part-Time) Colombia and Company is a luxury handmade boutique located in the heart of beautiful Seaside, Florida. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a beautiful boutique environment, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule Monday:

10: 00 AM•7:00

PM Tuesday:

10:00 AM•7 :00

PM Wednesday :

10:00 AM•7:00 PM Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude. Provide an exceptional shopping experience. Process sales using our POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented boutique. Restock merchandise and help create attractive displays. Learn our products and confidently share their stories with customers. Assist with inventory and daily opening and closing duties. Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must have reliable transportation. Pay$17.00•20.00 per hour, based on experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a growing boutique.
