Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Educate customers about our skincare products, ingredients, and benefits. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. Utilize social media management skills to promote products and engage with customers online. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. Skills Proven experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to confidently recommend and sell skincare products. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales data effectively. Knowledge of cosmetology is beneficial for providing product recommendations in beauty-related retail environments. Pay:

$7.25 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
