Seeking an outgoing, organized, energetic Associate for a fun Retail Gift Shop in a tourist area. Opportunity for bonuses & advancement. General hours are 10:30 am

• 6:30pm.

Schedule includes some weekends. This is a full time position. 5 days per week.

• Carry out daily operations of the store, including inventory control and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize POS system and cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with purchases.
• Master knowledge of products and store policies.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Recommend marketing strategies to drive sales and promote products effectively.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Uphold company standards for performance, conduct, and customer interactions.

Summary As a Retail Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in the store. Reporting to the Retail Manager, your core responsibilities will include operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Your proficiency in POS systems and cash handling will ensure smooth transactions, while your strong communication skills will foster a welcoming shopping environment. With a focus on time management and retail math, you will contribute to the overall success of our giftshop, helping to create an enjoyable experience for all customers.
