Duties Engage customers by demonstrating wireless devices, accessories, and related products through engaging product demos. Assist customers in selecting the best wireless plans and devices to meet their needs, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management with accuracy. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries about products, services, and store policies with professionalism. Use POS systems to process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to proper cashiering procedures. Support store operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with inventory counts, and supporting merchandising initiatives. Conduct product demos confidently to educate customers on device features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing experience. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals. Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers over the phone or in person. Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or wireless telecommunications. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a retail environment. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations. Strong knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to wireless devices, accessories, and related merchandise. Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions involving cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management in a retail or grocery store setting is advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and upselling techniques. Basic understanding of grocery store or similar retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
