Midwest Warehouse Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to help expand our business and build lasting relationships with customers. If you're driven, organized, and enjoy helping businesses find the right solutions, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Develop new customer relationships through prospecting and networking. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts. Generate quotes and follow up on sales opportunities. Coordinate with our design and project teams to deliver outstanding customer service. Visit customer facilities to understand their warehouse storage and material handling needs. Represent MWS professionally at customer meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities. Help customers improve efficiency with warehouse storage systems, mezzanines, pallet racking, cranes, conveyors, and other material handling solutions. Qualifications Sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, manufacturing, or B2B sales is a plus). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to read basic layouts or construction drawings is helpful but not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Iowa and surrounding states.
